As an Account Manager with State Farm Insurance Agent Jake Pinto, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experience that reinforce the growth of a fast-paced modern successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary focus is Sales; outbound/inbound sales involving reaching out to potential customers to sell insurance products and services via phone calls, emails, and text messaging.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review and follow up process to generate sales.
- Educate customers about insurance coverages and options to establish long lasting relationships and create referral-based sales sources.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous outside/inside sales experience.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, anticipate their needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to sell, assist, retain customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Possess or able to obtain Life and Health Insurance License.
- Bilingual English/Russian desired - not required.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
